OATS VADAI

Oats - 1 cup
Onion - 1 diced
Rice flour - 1 spoon

Green chilli - 2 slice
ginger - 1 piece crushed
Salt, hing, jeera, ajwain, coriander leaves.

Soak oats in few spoons of water for 10 mins. Now add all the other ingredients to soaked oats. Mix well. Heat oil in a

kadai. Make small vadai with the oats mix. Enjoy oats vadai.
