puli maavu

 I poured oil in a kadai, added mustard seeds and waited till it crackles , and then added urad dhal,red chilli, very little heeng powder to it. Then I roasted the rice flour till it becomes light golden brown along with the above mixture.Then added salt to it ...After few minutes, added tamarind water to it and mixed with it. and poured little oil over it and allowed it to cook for few minutes.. Later, I roasted it as much as I can.
