vilambhazham udhacha podhu kaaya irukku - CHUTNEY

Grind Cumin seeds 1sp, red chilli powder 1sp, jaggery 1 or 2 sp with salt. Then add pulp and just one pulse in mixie. U can use hand mortar.

Another type
Fry fenugreek seeds, green chilli, red chilli, optional tamarind, hing .grind with salt and pulp .
