Homemade chocolates

5 tbsps of cocoa powder
15 tbsps of milk powder
100 grams butter
1 tsp vanilla essence(optional)
Nuts(cashew,badam,walnut) optional
150 grams sugar
80-100ml water
Method :
Mix the cocoa powder and milk powder well to a mixture...sieve the mixture to remove lumps
Heat a kadai and add sugar and water...keep.stirring till you get a one string consistency
Switch off the gas and add the butter...Allow it to melt by constantly stirring .. if adding vanilla essence add it now.
Now add the cocoa+ milk powder mixture and stir well till the mixture thickens
Pour on a greased plate and allow to cool and cut pieces
PS: this combination can be doubled or tripled..with the above amount you can make 15-20 decent pieces
