take powdered rava(semolina powdered in machine) make a dough with water ,set aside for 20 min,in the meantime boil milk and sugar syrup side by side (Gulab jamun dip panra consistency),make small balls of the dough roll into thin chapathis fold across and deep fry in oil .dip in warm water immediately after taking out from oil n press ,dip first in sugar syrup n then in milk and serve it on a plate .
