bittergourd pickle


Wash & cut the bitter gourd into very fine pieces. In Coconut oil,add Mustard Seeds,asafoetida,dry chillies & when done,add the chopped veggie with 3/4 slit green chillies. Saute for some time. Add Turmeric powder,salt,chilly powder one by one. Pour some tamarind Extract & jaggery (according to your taste) When nicely done,sprinkle some Curry leaves & switch off the stove
